Cancellation & refund
At EduJunior Olympiad, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our processes. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before registering.
1. Registration Fees
The registration fee paid for the EduJunior Olympiad is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Once a participant successfully registers and payment is completed, no cancellation request will be entertained.
2. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Participant is unable to appear for the exam due to personal reasons.
Incorrect details submitted by the participant during registration.
Technical issues from the participant’s side (internet issues, device failure, etc.).
Change of mind after successful payment.
Disqualification due to violation of competition rules.
Failure to submit responses within the given time or deadline.
3. Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that EduJunior Olympiad is cancelled by EduJR Educational Services LLP, the registration fee may be:
Refunded fully, or
Adjusted against a future EduJunior competition
(Decision will be at the sole discretion of EduJR Educational Services LLP.)
4. Duplicate or Excess Payment
If a participant is charged more than once due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
Such refund requests must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date with valid payment proof.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
EduJR Educational Services LLP will not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
