By registering for the EduJunior Olympiad, participants and their parents/guardians agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The EduJunior Olympiad is open to students from Grade 1 to Grade 12.
- Participants must be currently enrolled in a recognized school.
- Students must register in the correct grade/category. Incorrect category selection may lead to disqualification.
2. Registration

Each participant must complete the official registration process through the EduJunior platform.

Registration will be considered successful only after payment confirmation (if applicable).

Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Olympiad Format
- The Olympiad may be conducted in online mode, as specified for each edition
- Question format, syllabus, duration, and marking scheme will be shared prior to the exam.

EduJunior reserves the right to modify the exam pattern, syllabus, or schedule if required.
4. Fair Play & Conduct

Participants must attempt the Olympiad independently and honestly.

Any form of cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or use of unfair means will result in immediate disqualification.

EduJunior’s decision regarding unfair practices will be final and binding.
5. Results & Evaluation

Evaluation will be done based on pre-defined criteria set by EduJunior.

Results published by EduJunior will be considered final, and no re-evaluation requests will be entertained.

EduJunior reserves the right to withhold or cancel results in case of discrepancies or violations.
6. Certificates, Medals & Prizes

E-certificates will be provided as per the selected participation plan.

Physical certificates, medals, or trophies (if applicable) will be dispatched to the registered address.

EduJunior is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
7. Data & Privacy

Personal information provided during registration will be used only for Olympiad-related communication.

EduJunior does not sell or share participant data with third parties without consent.

By registering, parents/guardians consent to EduJunior storing and processing the data for academic purposes.
8. Media & Promotion

EduJunior may use participant names, photographs, videos, or performances for educational and promotional purposes (website, social media, certificates, etc.).

No additional compensation will be provided for such usage.
9. Technical Issues

EduJunior is not responsible for technical issues such as internet failure, device malfunction, or power outages during online exams.

Participants are advised to ensure proper internet connectivity and device readiness.
10. Cancellation & Changes

EduJunior reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the Olympiad due to unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases, participants will be informed via official communication channels.
11. Limitation of Liability

EduJunior shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising during participation.

Participation is at the sole discretion and responsibility of parents/guardians and students.
12. Final Authority

EduJunior reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

All decisions taken by EduJunior in relation to the Olympiad will be final and binding.
